The rules that govern access to and use of the Trady platform.

To use the Application, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, country of residence, email address, or your Facebook or Gmail account, and possibly a profile picture ('User Information').

The Company complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. User Information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Company may use User Information to personalize the user's experience in the Application and display relevant products. Additionally, the Company may share certain User Information with third parties for commercial purposes. By using the Application, you consent to this use of User Information.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and your continued use of the Application after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country for the resolution of any disputes.

The document titled ‘IEX Controlled Data Recipient Agreement - February 2025’ is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, as applicable to end users who access or receive controlled market data. By using this Application, the user expressly acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions contained in such IEX agreement.
