Who we are

Trady is a market analysis and trading-simulation platform operated by Trady App LLC (‘Trady’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and application (the ‘Service’), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your first and last name, country of residence, email address and, optionally, a profile picture. If you register with an email address and password, the password is set and stored by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.

Subscription information. If you purchase a plan, we record which plan you hold and its status. Payment details such as card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and are never received or stored on our systems.

Content you create in the Service. Chart drawings, favorite symbols, display preferences and simulated (paper-money) trading accounts are stored so they follow you across your devices.

Technical and usage information. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. Where analytics cookies are enabled, we also collect aggregated usage statistics.

Signing in with Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares with us only your basic profile information: your email address, your name and your profile picture. We use it solely to create and authenticate your Trady account and to display your identity inside the Service.

We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, files or any other Google service, and we never sell or transfer this information to third parties for advertising purposes. You can revoke Trady's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to create and maintain your account; to provide the features of the Service and keep your content in sync; to process subscriptions and grant access to paid features; to send transactional messages such as email verification, password resets and billing notices; to respond to support requests; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These analytics cookies stay disabled until you accept them through our cookie banner, and you can decline without losing access to any part of the Service. You may also clear or block cookies through your browser settings.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the Service: our authentication and database provider, our payment processor, our hosting and content-delivery providers, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the security of the Service. If Trady is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify affected users.

Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we remove or anonymize your information, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with providers that maintain recognized industry security standards. Access to personal information within Trady is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may access and correct most of your account information directly in your profile within the Service. You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or object to certain processing.

To make any of these requests, including deleting your account, write to us at support@tradyapp.com from the email address associated with your account. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

International transfers

Trady App LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown on this page, and where the changes are significant we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
